@Mandatory Carry My point was that yes, I don't pay to not wear my seat belt. They also come standard in all cars due to law/regulation. I don't have to go out and buy one for every car I drive. And if the car is old enough and it doesn't have a seat belt, it's exempt. There is no burden placed on me to follow seat belt laws other than simply using what is built into the equipment I bought. I would HAVE TO buy a handgun, shotgun, and a long gun on my own to not be a criminal.
