I live in NJ. The coasts are generally shitholes by city IMO. But even NJ has pockets of nice communities.

I don't think impeachments set precedent. They're designed be unique to each specific case since they're more of a political failsafe than any kind of justice system.

The way it's been explained to me, a sitting president doesn't need to do anything more than convince the congress he's too dangerous to continue being president to get impeached.
