I understand, but I was on this morning at 6am to chat to some folks about random bs and perhaps some help with starting a channel either on gab (that's up finally) or YouTube either good, bad, or indifferent. I just figured this was the best place to find the very best of the best to help and figure it out.

I think those are an excellent start if you aren't already apt at having a talk show voice

If you already have that part down, take inspiration from your favorite youtubers when deciding what kind of content you want

@grant I don't think she's going to be part of the process that brings America to the point of a socialist state, and I think she'd be a good moderating force. The west needs more good opposition again and less of this circus shit

@Beemann She wants fully socialize medicine which I know you Canadiens don't care about. but it won't be done well here. It will be the VA for everyone. culturally though she's not insane, but I think that hurts her with democrats. She does have some positions that appeal to me, but I think socializing medicine at a federal level in the US can be more damaging than people think.

@Beemann I believe that I have a voice for radio and do follow most of the same views that I believe on YouTube but I have a different idea for either a live stream/upload and I'm pretty sure most if not all would enjoy it but I'm not extremely technically savey in the ways to execute it flawlessly and would enjoy some insight as to make it work.

@grant socializing it won't work, or at least a single tier socialized system won't work. If she has strong opposition she won't be able to pass it either. The Canadian system is turbofucked and I'm surprised Americans mention it positively

Even among ranking systems that are going to favour socialized systems over private, insurance driven ones, Canada barely edges out the 'states

@Shire! I might not be the best person to give advice on how to be persuasive, or successful. Most of my interactions with people outside my inner circle of friends are those of reciprocity. Typically I seek to give value of some sort to other people, but only stick around if they provide value back to me. Friendships can blossom all the time from these interactions, but for me it isn't an art. It's simply doing whatever I feel like without optics or care, and sticking around when I feel good about what I'm getting back

Their new policy on the call-in show does allow Non-patrons to call in without patrons filling up the entire show. Try making it in next wednesday.
