I'm not a psychiatrist so I don't really know, it doesn't seem to necessarily be part of schizophrenia. I think having all the comedians he considered friends turn against him has given him trust issues that make him turn on anyone who disagrees with him or questions him

The one funny thing I saw was on Crowder, they talked about a story where a kid got lost in the woods and was helped by a bear, and they said the bear also taught the kid that we didn’t go to the moon and cut to Owen, and then he was on the program later. So I suppose he’s at least willing to make fun of himself for it when Crowder is around.

I think the only Owen fans left are the flat earthers, although he did seem to always attract an audience slightly on the crazy side to me
