Ah ok
It hasn't happened yet and won't happen until may
When I put my home time request in
Cool cool. I should be able to come unless it's the 9th-13th. Are we going shooting?
Yeah casa grande shooting range everyone seems to okay with that
Excellent. I'll bring my P320 and my AR if it's a rifle range
Haven't been there before
I think they have some distance at that one I'm gonna get all the info put out here this week everyone will get an email or a message via phone or discord
Sounds good. Thanks for organizing.
@Putz
Sadly predictable. Worse, it undermines every REAL hate crime, and leads to suspicion of hate crimes without justification (like the chapel that burned to the ground due to an electrical short that everyone "knew" was a hate crime until the chaplain himself got on camera and said, "NO, it was an electrical fire" and begged people to stop saying it was a hate crime). 😔

thats pretty cool
@Mandatory Carry, I have made this case to others. While I despise Smolette and what he did, HE should not be the focus of our attention. What few realize is the extent the Courts were changed during Obama. See, the District Attorney is responsible for being the 'gate-keeper' and determining which complaints are worth committing State resources towards pursuing. The DA should have never signed OFF of Smolette's complaint. But the way the system works now is that the DA signs off on anything with most minimal to substantiate it. The case then gets thrown in front something like ARD which allows the accused to pay reparations to the victim and do community service rather than go to trial. In theory, this was done to save the State on expensive trials. In practive, it is LEGAL EXTORTION. File a fake complaint. Given a choice between paying victim 4k or spending 20k in attorney fees to prepare for a Trial. Even if they throw the case out before trial, you are still out that 20k
Not only does this enable 'victim culture' but it also allows for those with money to avoid even legitmate trials using the same loophole. The Courts are playing both sides, victim and accused against each other while ensuring they get to fleece the citizens and provide built in justification.
It is doubtful that we will see ANY actions against Smollette because his defense attorney would undoubtable base his case on the fact that it is the DA who is indeed responsible for determining if a submitted complaint justifies an expense of investigating, not the layperson submitting the criminal complaint.
Every state you see tough hate crime laws, you see corresponding laws for filing fake complaints.
yeah, very doubtful; they have undoubly let others off for less... but, justice would be nice. maybe a freak bus accident?
no. i almost got ran over in my university owned apartment complex by an asian woman in a cadillac . bitch blew the stop sign with out even bothering to slow down. report her ass to the office (school employees) and they go on about how i shouldnt call the cops because shes a "woman of color" and that would escalate things. ya know...because cops are racist.
if we're going to go that route of "no cops" then ima enact some street justice
hmm Asian woman driver 😮
