Thanks for the warning of the scratchier nib, but I think that's part of the joy. I do not have the nicest penmanship so I think a finer nib will be better for me.

Though funny enough, despite knowing that the culture of most aliens on that show had their culture ripped almost straight from history, I never associated the Centauri with Napoleonic France. I associated them with Rome and that was that.
