Yeah.
Heres the silly thing about censorship
@amlam physics is just the non-fiction version of math.
That’s what makes it the best
if you dont have it, you see the truth. and the truth is insanely inconvenient and an argument could be made for public safety that it not be known by the general public.
I dont BELIEVE THAT, but... Trump donors and PAC organizers sure might
@amlam @uncephalized I don't know...theoretical physics is almost fiction right now
Nah. I’m not a theorist but what they do is no less real than my work
My Top 1Ø Infantry Rifles list.
To make this list, the gun had to use a rifle round (no sub-machinguns), see actual militry service (any army), be portable enough for individual use (including ammo)
Honorable mentions: These suffered a defect that took them out of the running but should have made the list, and in a comparison of their own era would have:
M-1 Garand; The M-14 is in fact a decendent of the Garand.
AVS-36
MAT-36 (post war); The fixed magazines were replaced by detachable mags, but crudely, and the -36 never saw combat service, bringing into question their combat capabilities.
MAT-46: The best *sub-*machinegun on the list, but knocked for being a sub-machingun ***AND*** for bring on the loosing side of thier war.
FG-42; The box magazine was too small and they saw too limited a service for a fair review.
M-19Ø8 Springfield: A good gun, but outclassed by most of the guns on the list, and most guns in their own era.
M-1Ø7: Also a good gun, but with extremely limited magazine and limited utility.
SKS: The fixed magazine and limited service simply didn't allow them to compete with the others. Even in thier quintessential war (Viet Nam), their use was limited.
And the list:
9. AK-47/-74 series
8. Browning Automatic Rifle
7. Lee-Enfeild/KAR-98; Tied at #7 are the two main infantry rifles of the UK and Germany through both World Wars.
5. SA-8Ø (post 1991)
4. M-14; The Mini-14 is a derivative of the M-14.
3. FN FAL
2. M-2 Carbine
1. M-16 series
Even string theory?
I meant real theories
It was a poor analogy anyway @yuma_8. I just thought amlam might find it funny.
https://youtu.be/El1Z7yLZDv8 <- The correct take on science
String theory is basically just a fun game of what if for people with 160+ IQs
@Mandatory Carry you have already posted this and it has nothing to do with the current conversation.
I love that those super geniuses are occupying their time figuring out if the world is made of a series of fucking yarn or whatever
nigga we got other problems
It has everything to do with the live stream, however.
*EDIT;* To be fair though, I deleted the old one.
Ok
@CCRed95 I'm gonna withhold judgement on the censorship stuff. Trump etc. must know that if they allow the current state of big tech censorship to continue, they'll never get elected again, so I think they're inclined to do something about it.
I am reeeeally curious what Trump Term 2: Electric Boogaloo is going to be.
It does seem that way CC
Okay amazing were gonna get Trump on some other gay alt light recreation of the other real services and thats a solution?!
And yet Trump has a way of loudly doing nothing and then something happens behind the scenes.
<@433811878024577024> @uncephalized Nobody knows what they're doing anymore in theoretical physics. The theories actually being tested are from the time of Einstein. There have been very few breakthroughs in physics since then.
I wouldn't know. I'm just an engineer
Lol
@uncephalized at least you're useful
I tagged the wrong person whoops
And my IQ is only like 140 so I probably can't understand string theory anyway.
No worries lol.
Joke's on the physicists. They don't actually build anything.
You don't understand, @CCRed95, and to be honest none of the rest of you do either;
It's not about the ***RIGHT*** solution, it's about not the opposition's solution.
Conservatives see me as a leftist, leftists see me as alt-right, so if I started s gun control campaign, MandatoryCarry would pass in 3 days.
The reality, the sad reality, is that Trump doesnt have the ability to really do much of anything. I still love the guy as a personality and his general spirit, but unfortunately Trump has given so many sacrifices to the shitfuck sector of the right wing, and hes gotten little to nothing in return other than just social influence and being entertaining and based
Um... Ok @Mandatory Carry. So nobody agrees with you but you could get your policy passed in 3 days?
Why haven't you done that already?
***EXACTLY.***
...
Because I litterally can't lower myself that far. 😏
But its all talk. The guy doesnt even have control over his own military. What kind of Commander in Chief is politically unable to end wars unilaterally that we shouldnt be in in the first place?
I see that more as a limitation of the office
Dude Commander in Cheif
