the jury would be instructed on what burden is required to determine guilt for that charge.

2019-12-19 00:36:46 UTC

ignorance of sodomy vs rape isnt really an issue for the jury

2019-12-19 00:37:03 UTC

the prosecution can always amend charges

2019-12-19 00:37:06 UTC

thats normal

2019-12-19 00:37:09 UTC

I tried fir a change of venue, but it was determined that there wasn't a conflict of interest.

2019-12-19 00:37:39 UTC

Trump got impeached?

2019-12-19 00:38:27 UTC

what?

2019-12-19 00:38:29 UTC

no

2019-12-19 00:38:37 UTC

I really doubt it.

2019-12-19 00:38:59 UTC

But I wouldn't be surprised if it comes to that.

2019-12-19 00:40:00 UTC

Unless if it's some speaker claiming it cause that's what they do.

2019-12-19 00:40:07 UTC

The house grandstanding and virtue signaling all day was vile, I could not watch it. Is it over.. did they pass it?

2019-12-19 00:41:11 UTC

I hope so

2019-12-19 00:41:15 UTC

If it is, then it's just a guarantee to impeach the next democratic president caise he's a dem.

2019-12-19 00:41:24 UTC

we need to get this president that won by a technicality out of office.

2019-12-19 00:41:29 UTC

Hillary won the popular vote.

2019-12-19 00:43:02 UTC

If they pass it to the Senate it's actually a good thing, can call witness now in a fair manner and expose all the Dem/FBI corruption.

2019-12-19 00:43:41 UTC

You're forgetting the part where we hold this illegitimate _"president"_ accountable

2019-12-19 00:43:51 UTC

Jesus @LilMac if your story is as you say that is horrendous

2019-12-19 00:44:45 UTC

I can imagine looking down the barrel of 45 years hard time

2019-12-19 00:44:46 UTC

Maybe I'm just ignorant to the finer details of politics, but I don't see how it got past the "we have a witness but you're not allowed to ask questions" portion.

2019-12-19 00:45:09 UTC

And deciding 7 years is better

2019-12-19 00:45:11 UTC

Nadler makes the rules

2019-12-19 00:45:16 UTC

don't like that Nanananananaanananana

2019-12-19 00:46:17 UTC

My story is up to however you decide to take it. I can't do anything to sway people's opinions of me one way or the other. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2019-12-19 00:46:45 UTC

Yeah I get that and it’s not easy to come out with something like that

2019-12-19 00:46:58 UTC

Try and get on the call in show

2019-12-19 00:48:07 UTC

@LilMac yeah but your story of hearsay isn't really accurate since you took a plea deal

2019-12-19 00:48:33 UTC

once you plea, you plea... if all they had was that and you went to trial and were still convicted then you could say you were convicted on hearsay

2019-12-19 00:48:48 UTC

Call in show, maybe. Still kinda on the fence about putting it out there. Just don't want people showing up on my doorstep or where I work.

2019-12-19 00:49:20 UTC

then be vague, and don't give the state, although you already did that.. 😛

2019-12-19 00:49:25 UTC

court records are public records

2019-12-19 00:50:36 UTC

Alright, so convicted on hearsay maybe not. But alleged, charged, tried, and sat in jail for 13 months over hearsay has kinda soured me a bit.

2019-12-19 00:50:45 UTC

That sound more accurate?

2019-12-19 00:51:16 UTC

13 months out of 7 years. Thats not too bad

2019-12-19 00:51:22 UTC

And I know court records are public. My concern is my name being used.

2019-12-19 00:51:27 UTC

Howd u get out early?

2019-12-19 00:52:03 UTC

No, 13 months in jail, 5 years 11 months in prison.

2019-12-19 00:52:10 UTC

Oh ouch

2019-12-19 00:53:21 UTC

That is rough

2019-12-19 00:53:30 UTC

Hope your family stood by you
