Freedom of speech. Porn, whether printed or filmed, is an art form. You may not like that art, but it is. Paintings and films are speech (or the contents thereof anyway). Porn would be no different. Just because it's people fucking and you don't like that people enjoy watching people fucking doesn't make it not speech.
