it's really not so bad, it's super regulated by the platform. He wrote "not a single trace of usage" and if it's not really like that, I can just not click on "release payment"

so if that thing has one single scratch, I make photos of it, upload them to the platform and according to my experience, usually end up with at least 10% refund
