I work at a big box home improvement place, and it's always well lit, so it's hard seeing stuff in shadows, like if someone drops stuff between registers, wiring underneath stuff, or trying to see inside a water heater box to see which side the crushable bits are on when we're laying it on its side in someone's vehicle. Or when they turn the lights off after close to get customers out and then don't turn them back on.
