But Chairman Xi is pushing semiconductor industry

@Millwood I mean, the ideal is to rinse it completely of all soap/crud, swish it in 99% rubbing alcohol to displace/mix with the water, disassemble, allow to dry, and then reassemble to protect the blade. The razor doesn't give a shit. But how far you want to take it is up to you. I usually just rinse real good, shake dry, and hang so it gets more airflow than setting on the counter, but next time I get space I'll probably fill an empty container with alcohol. Fuck taking it apart every time.

2018-08-01 19:40:07 UTC

Yeah, exactly

2018-08-01 19:40:10 UTC

Don't feel like disassembling every time

2018-08-01 19:43:57 UTC

@timsandtoms what's your brush?

2018-08-01 19:44:08 UTC

The problem(aside from just having shit dry on that makes it a pain to clean) is that water is bad for metal. Oxidizes and fucks the edge. It's why people recommend rubbing alcohol for those multiblade abominations, and keeping it in a bag or somewhere that keeps water out. It keeps them working waaay longer.

2018-08-01 20:11:47 UTC

Art of Shaving is crap.

2018-08-01 20:12:12 UTC

If you're Canadian, Top of the Chain is what you should use as a main source, Fedrihan is another good one

2018-08-01 20:12:17 UTC

if you're American there are tons

2018-08-01 20:12:45 UTC

Barrister & Mann, Maggard's Razors, TryABlade (American, but offers worldwide flat rate shipping)

2018-08-01 20:12:58 UTC

2018-08-01 20:56:15 UTC

If your wires or pcb is fucked it seems like an easy mod to do instead of ordering replacements

2018-08-01 20:56:42 UTC

I'd kill to have a legit snes controller or 6 button genesis for retro gaymin
