Unless you're the type who doesn't value your time and will always perfectly clean that shitty reusable filter and dry it thoroughly, it'll clog and work like shit. Or if you only ever have large chunks you vacuum.

Mine didn't wobble enough to be an issue, but that was also my first foray into good mechanical pencils
tbh rotring 600s are chepa enough in the UK (17GBP ) I don't bother with anything else
