Yeah, I left south Florida where it's always summer and have noticed a sharp increase in depression since experiencing my first real winter in Indiana.

It hits me hard out here in no mans land vitaman D helps a bit since we dont get much light working nights ive added it to my diet since never seeing the sun dose simmilar

I'm still adapting to the hyperborean lifestyle.

ya it takes getting use to I am use to it and still get very deppresed this time of year I think it comes from just having everything so dead and hiding inside our ancestors would be out fighting to live in the winter providing purpouse

I have not yet its been on the back burner for a while

I have had my doctor recomend them though he said easiest rout is antidepressents but I refuse them
