If you were to ask a random person on the street here who do they hate more, Germans or brown people they answer obviously would be German
People here don't feel any connection between different European nations just because the colour of their skin is kind of similar; Europeans fought each other since basically ever and any attempt on creating a common pan-European identity always failed

So basically the USA? Wish I could go back in time and tell him that technology made that strategy obsolete.
But nazi flavoured with a focus on autarky and growing food so that something like a blockade couldn't rape their dicks again. Who knows how long that would've lasted post-war in the event of a nazi victory though.
