It’s not like Ukraine has had a continuous mass exodus since the 1980’s, the exodus has ended. It started when the Soviet Union collapsed /because/ the Soviet Union collapsed

Also it’s not propaganda to believe there’s no opportunity to create wealth in a communist society. You get more reward for becoming a doctor in a capitalist country than a communist country, and if you don’t agree with that basic truth you’re the one who doesn’t believe in facts
