Or just know when to stop.
It's a different thing when your life is on the line.
It's even a different thing if it's in a different setting like outside.
Pretty sure I'd never be able to walk on a treadmill for 9 hours straight yet I can walk on the mountains for 9 hours straight ez.
Imagine wasting energy on shitting your pants when your life depends on it.
Thanks. <:uguuu:648953987785293834>
To be fair, it's already starting to work.
I don't care about progress, I just feel better over time.
I thought you were talking about reps and shit.
Yes, that's progress.
Another thing is with the current plan, after a workout I feel like it wasn't enough, like I could do more.
But yeah, I'm focusing more on the technique now, which is important cause I added dead lifts which can fuck up my spine in the future if I don't learn a good technique.
Yes but the old plan was shit.
I wasn't even doing dead lifts cause when the coach first showed me and I couldn't figure them out in a few tries, he just dropped them.
Same with the other exercise you do in the same position, idk what it's called.
It translates to rowing in Polish.
I had a lame warm up and didn't even know it, and if I didn't specifically insist on including stretching after the workout, I wouldn't even stretch.
>weighted pullups
Negatively weighted maybe. lmao
I just go down, but sometimes I do one series on the machine instead.
my dog
has scared some girl/woman
who was running in the dark
😂
Why are you back your dog?
good job
tbh
that'll teach her a lesson
i have no idea
how she didnt see the dog
because I walked on with a flashlight on
Are you sure it was the dog?
jk jk
yeah cus she asked if its gonna bite her
also dog is stupid
cant walk on a leash
a dog is only as good as its master
>OH MY GOSH IS IT GONNA BITE ME
i think you need like an hour of very intensive exercise with her before you take her on a walk
>not if you give me head
