every prole
but the employer needs to make a profit so they can't actually pay the ideal wages
why did they agree to work for the employer then?
because they need money
LOL
beggars can't be choosers
Capitalism isnt voluntary
you have choice in a free market dude
you either are born into money
if you reject every job that doesn't offer ideal wages then you'll never have a job
or you have no choice, wage slave
the choice is either work for unfair wages or die
there is no alternative
do you realize how valuable money is?
Uh yeah...
do you realize how valuable labor is?
you realize the infinite possibilities you can use money on?
labor is the source of all value
if there are no workers in a company, then it can't make a profit
however, if there's no employer in a company, then it's just a cooperative
the wealthy do not create prosperous economic conditions they accumulate capital and will do ANYTHING to reduce labour costs
what do you want to own exactly instead of money? A teddy bears foot that you sew on in an assembly line?
🐻
there is a class that collects rent
and a class that pays it
or do you think you are entitled to the entire bear?
you seem to think that money is the problem here
the problem isn't what people are being paid with
The collectors dont actually do anything
the problem is how much they're being paid
no company can offer fair wages, because otherwise they'll have no profit
do you realize that you have agency?
I can choose how I'm exploited
or I can choose to die on the street
that's not much of a choice
but on a macroeconomic scale this causes a contradiction because the less money the proletariat has the less people there are to buy the capitalists products
so the solution in the last 30 years was to just give credit to ppl
or you can start your own business that pays its workers fairly and puts the others out of business, stealing their intellectual capital
do you know how hard starting a business is?
easy as fuck
you have to take risks and sink a lot of money into the project
Wealth is inherited
isn't the whole point of an entrepeneur that they take risks?
