I need to give myself a massive amount of self validation to counter all the put downs

If you're not good enough then improve yourself

but you should most importantly be more independent

that will make you stronger

I get second guessed a lot when I know my intuition is usually right

So frustrating

Psychological abuse runs rampant in the world

then fight back, if you get second guessed, then do the same with them.

The only way to combat it is to be fierce

It’s worse than physical abuse imo because you can’t see or measure it easily
