Egoism is a moral framework where all actions that are in your self interest are moral and all actions that defy that are immoral. However with your definition of "self interest" which includes all and any action one takes, it no longer becomes a moral framework since nothing truly can be outside of your self interest

So saying "I'm an egoist" in a sense is just truism to you
