@Deleted User yeah that’s sorta my point, the intense eastern front fighting wore Germany down and then the USA By 1942 and the other allies came to start packing punches, I’m just saying it’s not like 4 superpowers had fully mobilized armies ready to pounce on Germany and got held off for 5 years

Just read first hand accounts of Germans on the front lines in the east. They only had a slow start because Stalin incompetently killed a lot of important higher ups. Once the Soviet war machine for warmed up, we don’t even have to speculate because this already happened, it’s why hitler lost the war, the soviets repelled them and drove them all the way back to Berlin
