A day that will live in infamy as the worst terror attack upon American citizens. May the times of history never forget the dauntless heros that fought to save as many lives as possible that horrible day, and the men and women that fought to bring down the plane they were on. The infamous final statement of "Let's roll" a haunting reminder to their solemn struggle onboard that craft, knowing that though the situation was hopeless, they must yet fight. May God, the Gods, or whoever they followed grant them eternal peace in the next life. Three thousand lives erased in a senseless act of violence and hatred.
Never forget. Never forgive.

I was woken up by my dad saying we'd been attacked. I was 8, I haven't forgotten.
Inwas in grade k when it happened. I remember our teacher rolling in a tv randomly and saying history is happening.
I was in grade 4 and we never got the TV treatment. All they said was "There was an attack on the Eastern Seaboard."
We had 5 minutes of silence, and the rest of the updates came throughout the day.
Does anyone else remember watching night footage of the fires that evening on the news? Or is that my mixed memory?
