SA was the most successful and they are failing, the last key state left is Kenya tbh
And they are already known as the workhorse
@The Electric Lizard no one wants that
I do
SA you mean aid capital off the world?
We get the US constitution then
Nah a written constitution is a bad idea
That gives us proper Free Speech and the Right to bear arms
Okay, you've got something there
And also means we would be in a much better position economically and militaristically
Once its written its no longer a right, its a privilege codified in law, once that happens it can be amended, as has been happening in the US
You have free speech- but say certain things you might be detained, you have guns- but if you own certain ones that are actually dangerous you might be detained, etc
It's not a right now though either
Even the 7th Amendment is rife with abuse
Free Speech barely exists in the UK and can be taken away in Parliament with a majority vote
In the US Free Speech exists and would require a huge majority to get rid of
Rights are clearly protected better using a written constitution
How is HIV AIDS affecting the mortality rate in Africa today? Is the UN, or some other organisation still compiling figures?
Except it doesn't exist- hate speech laws have literally proven free speech does not exist anywhere in the west
That's my point though
UN compiles figures, but the UN agencies hire African tribalists who spout a load of bullshit about aids
In the US Hate Speech laws do not exist in the same capacity
I was there for one of their visits and they literally told people to remove Africans with aids from the group
@Missbehaved I'm not sure about that, I do know that poverty and infant mortality rates are WAY DOWN in the past 25 years
UN has a massive rape problem though tbh
Whilst I was operating under them it was known that third world UN members would often "withhold" aid, food, etc in exchange for sexual favours
Its common knowledge and I believe you can google it
And regarding HIV AIDS - how many children have been orphaned? The figures must be staggering in Africa.
Well they'd be higher if we'd stop feeding them hand over foot.
Or whatever you're suppose to say.
The global number of deaths from HIV is down almost 50% since 2005
Many people are never issued a death certificate, and post mortem's are not routinely carried out - also - there is a stygma in Africa regarding the cause of death being stated as having been due to AIDS - but, considering that they stilll have regulat outbreaks of cholera, and measles, and Tuberculosis, it really is just a shit-hole beyond compare.
That may be true, but the question is whether they've been making progress
I'd argue they certainly have
The Chinese would agree withyou there ^^
Well, everyone should agree, since it's empirically true
It's borne out in the data
They don't take vaccinations seriously
It was hard enough convincing them to take oral polio <:shrug:349342983763656705>
