I somewhat exercise, but mainly because I'm a spaz and spastic so I'm constantly doing shit like jumping as high as I can in the air and simultaneously ramming my knees upwards into my chest

but walking needs to be longer distance to be nearly as effective
I do cardio I guess

singing helps a lot in training your lungs
yeah you just gotta get over the first 10 min or so of jogging
@RooHappeh I stopped working out to gain weight because I'm underweight and nothing much has happened
youll find it difficult to sing while running at first
then the motion just becomes the new normal
but if you keep at it you can get super lungs

@Lucienne d'Anwyl we did singing while training on the jumping rope and that was a paaaaaaiiiiiin
all you need to do is take things slowly at first
then again I'm a lizard
