Ironically, I'm for decentralisation whenever possible with strong local governments that can pass laws and the national government is only there to take care of things that can't be handled at a local level

That's the one thing I'm in agreement with the EU on, only the smallest competent entity should handle an issue

With the more local elections being democratic and the central governments elections not being democratic, since at that level there is to much separation from the voter

And it's also why I'm for the dissolution of the EU, it's too remote from the people to be legitimate and they're as incompetent as it gets
