Or ozarks

2019-12-13 13:11:27 UTC

Gotcha

2019-12-13 13:11:33 UTC

Ozarks, never heard that one before

2019-12-13 13:11:40 UTC

Ready to gear up for Virginia's civil war, Ra?

2019-12-13 13:11:55 UTC

I like this city though

2019-12-13 13:12:07 UTC

People don't realize how massive it is

2019-12-13 13:12:46 UTC

I've once dragged the google map of USA for like half a hour

2019-12-13 13:13:00 UTC

The large city oases in the middle of infinite fields is a real thing

2019-12-13 13:13:13 UTC

Can't quite wrap my head around that <:Veemote:501103628883591188>

2019-12-13 13:13:14 UTC

That's so fucking cool

2019-12-13 13:13:30 UTC

Go look at Omaha @Xaverius lol

2019-12-13 13:14:10 UTC

America really is a fucking meme and still underrated tbh, it's overrated for the wrong reasons imo. Such variety of magical shit is over there.

2019-12-13 13:15:13 UTC

There's 1 dumpy casino city in Iowa nextdoor to us but then the next major city is at least 69 min away after that

2019-12-13 13:15:31 UTC

In all directions

2019-12-13 13:15:58 UTC

And going west is just Lincoln

2019-12-13 13:16:19 UTC

Then hills and grass until you reach California

2019-12-13 13:16:51 UTC

@Spooky it's called "Freedom"

2019-12-13 13:17:12 UTC

My state is larger than the entirety of the UK combined

2019-12-13 13:17:19 UTC

I could walk the length of my country probs in a day and a half. I would love to visit America at some point to see wtf is going on.

2019-12-13 13:17:22 UTC

GL finding someone here lol

2019-12-13 13:18:43 UTC

@Spooky it's why you shouldn't make fun of Americans for never visiting other countries. We have 50.

2019-12-13 13:19:50 UTC

You really don't. You have ONE. But a lot of variety within that one.

2019-12-13 13:20:05 UTC

Yes but they segregate.

2019-12-13 13:20:20 UTC

Also geographical differences

2019-12-13 13:20:27 UTC

No @Zakhan each state is a country. Like your EU

2019-12-13 13:20:34 UTC

No.

2019-12-13 13:21:03 UTC

Traveling through 'murica has to be a bit surreal sometimes. Like, you leave LA, then it's hundreds of miles of a highway through desert and mountains, then there's one mid sized city in the middle of nowhere, then the desert and mountains repeat and then there's the Bay area, which is like one of the most densely urbanized places ever

2019-12-13 13:21:44 UTC

That fucking blows my mind Xav.

2019-12-13 13:22:28 UTC

Your "states" are nowhere near being independent countries. Too young as entities to be that.

The EU is... well... you can try to force the comparison with the US, but it doesn't work. The independent nation-states are far more advanced in age and thus have a more advanced sense of identity.

2019-12-13 13:22:48 UTC

And don't stem from the same base, unlike US

2019-12-13 13:23:12 UTC

At best you roughly get the hispanic, franco, germanic, slavic stripes

2019-12-13 13:23:22 UTC

@Zakhan and yet, our states have identities

2019-12-13 13:23:26 UTC

With scandinavia on top and ex-rome on bottom

2019-12-13 13:23:31 UTC

What, you've never met a Texan?

2019-12-13 13:24:06 UTC

Not to mention the difference in bureaucratic setups required to keep many different nations together as opposed to keeping a union of territories within one nation as they are formed.

2019-12-13 13:24:14 UTC

Texas, Cali, New York, and Nebraska are the most important

2019-12-13 13:25:02 UTC

My Ozark house is just a nice mansion on the lake I visit

2019-12-13 13:25:35 UTC

Texan? Yankee? Does it matter? You have so many identities and none of you know which ones ought to matter first and which ones matter less and less and less in descending order.

2019-12-13 13:25:35 UTC

>nebraska

2019-12-13 13:25:40 UTC

>important

2019-12-13 13:25:49 UTC
