In hunter gatherer societies, all had to participate in all fields to survive. They didn't have class, but they did have hierarchy. If you want to get rid of classes, you also have to get rid of what is causing a class structure, which is the profession economy and returning to self sustainability like Varg.

The point was an absence of economic class does not mean an absence of social hierarchy, which you yourself just proved. There are always people who are more fit to lead than others.
