The only reason we have classes is because we focus on one thing, and then trade with others to get our means of survival. In hunter gatherer societies, all had to participate in all fields to survive. They didn't have class, but they did have hierarchy. If you want to get rid of classes, you also have to get rid of what is causing a class structure, which is the profession economy and returning to self sustainability like Varg.
