If any subversive element is present trying to destory rhe rights of the citizens, then the state should act.

i.e. commies/liberals/Jews influencing citizens to give up their gun rights. In the event something like this happens, the state will execute any and all persons who sympathize or incite these anti-state sentiments.

In my opinion, No citizen has the right to remove their rights. A constitution is irrevocable and cannot be subject to citizens or the state.

Thanks for clearing the air on the utter tyranny that constitutions pose.
