- How should the education system be changed/modeled?

The education system should be reformed so that grades are based on skill and so it is more like the Spartan system.

Home schooling until 13~15 then military school for men and finishing school for women

Teachers should be tested to make sure they know thier material that they are teaching

the problem with these things is that we know that good kids tend to do good regardless of school quality we know this from voucher studies etc
