I would hope balkanisation for the USA tbh
im just going to move to the rural area near me and stock up on ammo and canned food
Cities are all bad places to live
there will probably be a sort of global balkanisation occurring all over the world in different areas this will likely lead to an uneasy peace between these balkanised states and eventually some kind of unifying force will start to sweep them up into cultural and economic poles
techno monarchism
with King A.I
or juche cosmocracy
global juche?
idk about that
Democracies, oligarchies, technocracies, and dictatorships.
kanker!
Global Juche sounds based
hella based
Oh
@everyone Daily Question 🔖
- What is your opinion on the electoral college?
Absolutely one of the most important things ever designed. Avoiding tyranny of the majority while still allowing democracy is important.
^
Democracy itself is not a good system currently. People are too stupid to vote with a brain cell.
We need to educate the voters ...and I mean educate...not this propaganda called a school system.
Yeet that motherfucker out on its ass and install a direct democratic vote because preventing tyranny of the majority is what representatives in Congress and the unending terms of Supreme Court Justices are for.
You realize without the electoral college we’d have Hillary right?
It keeps the insane liberal states from electing a president for all the heartland conservative states.
Gottem
@Attika Your first mistake was thinking I considered that result a bad thing.
So you would have preferred Hillary?
Really?
democrazy gay tbh
🤦🏼♂️
@Attika I would have preferred common sense. Let me try to explain it this way.
Imagine a Californian had 1 vote in a presidential election.
With the electoral college we currently have in place, a Wyomingite can vote more than 3 times in that same election.
This is why.
Look at the big picture. Missouri has a different culture, climate and values than a population heavy state like California or New York.
It keeps a few large metropolises who have no idea what they are doing from telling how the country needs to act.
Why does everyone care about equal representation so much
I’m looking at the big picture. I’m just looking at it differently than you do. Each person is an individual and they deserve individual consideration as to who they believe should be their leader instead of being grouped together by arbitrary lines drawn on a map.
