the goal of Stalinism was the abolition of the state, hierarchies and borders, the ussr also didnt believe in race and adopted a biological doctrine of Lysenkoism which posited that different animals didnt really compete for resources and that since hierarchies were non-linear that they were invalid

Stalinism was pretty nationalist with the "Socialism in One Country" and it was also ethno nationalist. They wanted to form a new Soviet Ethnicity, "New Soviet Man"

I think you are misunderstanding the Soviet doctrines here, Stalin was pushing Russia through the dialectical process with building of capital because it hadn't been through that stage. And socialism in one country was Marx's own doctrine was it not?
