That would just result in them pursuing self-interest, meaning pooling of more resources in almost exclusively their favor. That breaks the ability to hamper the control of corporations.

2019-12-12 00:30:54 UTC

Like today, it's very clear that our leaders no longer represent the best interests of the people they serve.

2019-12-12 00:31:04 UTC

That’s because of capitalism

2019-12-12 00:31:27 UTC

that's because of rampant regulation.

2019-12-12 00:31:36 UTC

it has nothing to do with capitalism

2019-12-12 00:31:49 UTC

What rampant regulation.

2019-12-12 00:31:51 UTC

capitalism is the natural state

2019-12-12 00:32:01 UTC

Yes because politicians are owned by corporations to push what they want because of regulations

2019-12-12 00:32:02 UTC

humans trading labor for value

2019-12-12 00:32:03 UTC

Okay

2019-12-12 00:32:15 UTC

Corporations are continuously attempting to lobby to Congress and attempt to pass themselves off as personal entities.

2019-12-12 00:32:17 UTC

there is literally no other way

2019-12-12 00:32:22 UTC

That’s counterintuitive to regulation.

2019-12-12 00:32:25 UTC

No?

2019-12-12 00:32:33 UTC

Corporatism and socialism

2019-12-12 00:32:41 UTC

Agreed with corporatism.

2019-12-12 00:32:52 UTC

besides Luxury gay space Communism....which is a fantasy.. this is not star trek

2019-12-12 00:33:03 UTC

I agree more with corporatism but not socialism

2019-12-12 00:33:23 UTC

Corporatism is an interesting mixed economic model.

2019-12-12 00:33:30 UTC

Corporatism is epic

2019-12-12 00:33:35 UTC

And so natsyndie

2019-12-12 00:33:44 UTC

I haven’t studied that one enough.

2019-12-12 00:37:31 UTC

Capitalism is a replication of natural biology. Organisms trade effort/work for resources/value.
The ONLY way to form a society without labor/value exchange is if you remove the biological element. Therefore Socialism and Communism advocate for the destruction of not only individuality but natural biological function as a whole.
The only way for Communism to work is to remove the human element.

2019-12-12 00:38:13 UTC

**mic drop**

2019-12-12 00:41:01 UTC

That's absolutely fine. Capitalism is basically the method to sustain the upkeep of the state; a planned economy is needed while you're establishing the state because you need to allocate raw materials/sectors that will ultimately allow you to prop up the consumer economy at a later time.

But to recklessly pursue unregulated capitalism is dangerous in that you would allow predatory corporations to destroy that competition, and in turn hamper innovation.

2019-12-12 00:41:03 UTC

Even in Star Trek they realized that it was retarded to just fly around not paying for anything, that's why they invented "platinum bars" as a medium of exchange.

2019-12-12 00:42:05 UTC

Well if there is a predator nature will find a way around it. either by killing the beast or evolving to not be threatened

2019-12-12 00:42:13 UTC

"Nature finds a way"

2019-12-12 00:42:16 UTC

So you need some form of regulation, which we are currently lacking because of evident tax loopholes for corporations and PAC lobbying.

2019-12-12 00:42:21 UTC

oh ye of little faith

2019-12-12 00:42:39 UTC

How will you kill the megacorporation.

2019-12-12 00:42:40 UTC

What is a porcupine?

2019-12-12 00:42:43 UTC

Say, you're a layman.

2019-12-12 00:43:20 UTC

a layman can fire a cannon and gun

2019-12-12 00:43:24 UTC

And you see this large multicorp, that has developed for several years, has multiple shareholders, and has successfully lobbied the government multiple times to the point where they are more than willing to bail it out in the case they file for bankruptcy, I.E. GM.

2019-12-12 00:43:30 UTC

a layman can wield a blade

2019-12-12 00:44:30 UTC

*"They have taken up arms "in defence of the Freedom that is our Birthright and which we ever enjoyed until the late Violation of it", and will "lay them down when Hostilities shall cease on the part of the Aggressors"."*

2019-12-12 00:46:01 UTC

You don't just fall out of the sky a fully grown human, you are brought up in a culture, a society, and it is the duty of that society to imbue that individual with the knowledge to protect and extend that culture.

2019-12-12 00:46:51 UTC

People do have a natural tendency to trade but as capitalism progresses it becomes more and more morally corrupt

2019-12-12 00:47:15 UTC

That's why the 2nd amendment isnt just about being able to own a gun... it's literally about the ability of citizens to have exactly the same weapons as the professional military so they can be resisted and killed if necessary, if they become tyrannical

2019-12-12 00:47:28 UTC

that's just nonsense
