2019-12-06 03:35:40 UTC
2019-12-06 03:35:51 UTC

u wanna help out or smth?

2019-12-06 03:36:11 UTC

I don't believe so. I doubt I could if I would. I was merely saying hello.

2019-12-06 03:36:40 UTC

okay

2019-12-06 03:36:44 UTC

thx anyway

2019-12-06 03:37:08 UTC

Good luck.

Set = Saturn = Satan <:uhhhhh:630878470171394078>

2019-12-06 04:42:40 UTC

Do you prefer to focus on being or non being?

2019-12-06 04:42:58 UTC

Also do u think ssris are inherently bad for spiritual growth?

2019-12-06 04:50:43 UTC

Depends on the intent of the focus. Buddhist tradition even has uses for meditating on that which neither "is" nor "isn't". As for SSRI's, I can't really give an educated opinion.

2019-12-06 05:00:07 UTC

I would like someone other than Lucia to read me.

2019-12-06 05:00:19 UTC

Wait shit

2019-12-06 05:00:21 UTC

wrong channel

2019-12-06 05:00:22 UTC

my bad.

2019-12-06 05:02:47 UTC

@Doragon What @J.T. said is correct. To be quite honest with you it doesn't necessarily matter (in terms of focusing on all being or non being), unless you happen to be Buddhist. Committing to either path to it's mystical fulfillment is difficult, but to commit to the understanding of the Monad through non being would require almost immediately some serious detachment from material affairs.

2019-12-06 05:04:05 UTC

Also, if you want my personal advice, from a brief experience, do not take SSRIs

2019-12-06 05:04:15 UTC

At all.

2019-12-06 05:05:39 UTC

In fact, it's generally imperative that meditations are performed in sobriety, so as to ascertain the 'temperature' within various states of consciousness.

2019-12-06 05:06:04 UTC

And, so that the mind is not turbulent, and can be adequately centered.

2019-12-06 05:06:53 UTC

The effects of meditations are not purely psychological; they cause very noticeable physiological changes as well.

2019-12-06 05:08:01 UTC

The operations can raise body temperature and cause various impactful chemical reactions within the brain.

2019-12-06 05:08:43 UTC

Yeah I'm aware of the effects. I used to be really into Paramahansa Yogananda

2019-12-06 05:09:01 UTC

One such instance, I recall reading, a Jewish man is now on treatment after his practice of TDM for some reason removed his ability to properly digest food.

2019-12-06 05:10:13 UTC

Just wondering if there's a known problem for people trying to get in touch with spiritual or esoteric layers while they might be on ssris or other medications for whatever reason

2019-12-06 05:11:09 UTC

Generally yes. SSRIs and antipsychotics

2019-12-06 05:11:25 UTC

From what I've seen and experienced.

2019-12-06 05:11:46 UTC

So how can u tell a psychotic episode from a religious experience?
