I held a belief in god as a child up until I actually read the bible 😛
@lucky_zero it goes way beyond that. I mean, if you care about whtether something is true or not, you need some mechanism for determining truthful claims. Ask for evidence and demonstrations.
@Sebastian Lawe best way to not believe
Oh no
Beating people with stones and stuff just contradicted the message of being nice to people.
And my young mind started to see the hypocrosy even in the text itself.
getting paid by big storage I see
And lo doth mine eyes gander at thee, the rays of etc
@Deleted User I love your picture.
Expensive SSD is expensive.
they are awesome tho, I'd go for the m.2 or whatever they are
Although PCI-E based, so faster than SATA
everytime i go SSD i always wake up without my ID
it's bullshit
latency is big, and pcie delivers alright
ayo how y'all doin
When I eventually build a dedicated rendering/streaming machine, I'm going with a 60gb m.2 SSD for the OS.
And then HDD for storage.
only 60GB?
oic
better be
Yeah, boot times will be nice.
Nazi boot times are better
I need to get a new laptop after I get a new phone. Any suggestions?
Our technology has surpassed our biology.
But for storage, a person doesn't need to use an SSD for it.
For gaming on the other hand, SSD's are rather nice.
That's cheaper than they've been in a while, but still beyond my price range
Call me when 1 TB SSDs drop below $200
TBs are that costly? My brothers computer is like 17 TBs
SSD terrabytes are expensive.
HDD on the other hand not so much.
memory ain't cheap
146 USD gets a person 5tb now days with an HDD.
omg, that's insane
That's not all too bad.
I don't need that much storage
SSD's are still such a large gap in price to storage on the other hand, and may as well only be for having the operating system, and the few games that fit run snappy.
So, what? HDD is better?
