Exercise is pretty important
I exercise 5 days a week at work.
I move about 5000KG a day by hand. 😛

that's because sugar acts like a drug, when u first start cutting it out, it can cause u headaches
You make sense. I did notice drinking a tall can of NOS helped.
Until I was awake until 5AM.
I'll try and cut it out again for a while.
I need to be strong for work, which does require calories I'd imagine (energy), but I need to lose a bit of weight.

I eat a fuck ton in one sitting. When I was dieting, I learned to control that
I had hummus and naan bread yesterday.
