If you ever wanna talk about how it's going and stuff, I have a lot of experience with dieting. It's hard and I remember wishing I had someone to talk to about it
I've been trying to lose some pounds.
I just stopped eating as much.
I'm still nearly the same as I was.
Maybe I just have other problems. lol
Exercise is pretty important
I exercise 5 days a week at work.
I move about 5000KG a day by hand. 😛
Well you said "just" so I assumed it was *just* with eating less, but nonetheless that's good

I tried to cut it out before. Gave me headaches I think.

that's because sugar acts like a drug, when u first start cutting it out, it can cause u headaches
You make sense. I did notice drinking a tall can of NOS helped.
Until I was awake until 5AM.
I'll try and cut it out again for a while.
I need to be strong for work, which does require calories I'd imagine (energy), but I need to lose a bit of weight.
Another thing is portion control

I need to eat more in moderation. Btw, I know someone who's underweight and she says the whole "starving yourself" thing is bullshit.
