Not because I couldn't work thru it, but because if I ever get disabled and can't work anymore the company won't hesitate to can me out. So the question is: should I put myself on the front line for a company that has no loyalty towards me? No.
i feel that
Not about loyalty, its about making connections. Knowing higher ups of other companies.
i lost my momβs car to hurricane flood waters bc work refused to let us out early and the company did jack shit
that was harvey, btw
I know a lot, one from Coke, one from Pepsi, two from Mission and one from Frito Lay.
the good stuff
now i want chips
i fucken bought chips for myself but i canβt keep them in my room bc bugs, so i kept them in the kitchen and my bitchass siblings ate them
i could deadass put my name on my shit and theyβd still take it
I know managers, people with their own businesses, contacts thru my dad and college contacts. That still doesn't mean I will give my loyalty to a company that won't cover my ass if something happens to me. Connections are not a bad thing, but I will throw out references from jobs that are toxic or that otherwise don't contribute to my goals.
Also lol
Keep it on your room on a ziplock bag?
me chips too big
Perhaps just get a minifridge to keep in your room?
^
i donβt have a mini fridge anymore ):
me brother took it to college
How about a little lunch box for chips and stuff like that? A backpack?
technically it was my sisterβs when she was going to college but the dorm said she couldnt have more than one fridge so they put it in my room for 4 years
You can also use like a jar for them, technically.

lol
imma make a run to walgreens
i really need some cough drops bc this shit is ridiculous
Go for it.
if some bitch at work asks me to take another shift iβm gonna punch their throat
and then take it bc this bitch broke
lol
I unironically have had managers asking me if I could take on overtime shifts.
First thing I replied back was "are you gonna pay me more for it?"
i almost worked a 13 hr shift on christmas eve. ended up being 11 hrs bc my work is *very* serious about not going into overtime
my manager came up to me that night and he was like, βsooo i didnβt realize what time you came in and imma need you to go homeβ and i was like BYE, BITCH
showed right back up christmas morning tho :/
That sucks
I have stayed up later than my shift cleaning at every job, around 10-20 minutes, quite often. Or helping someone finish a job we were doing together. But I don't give away my time lol.
and my phone is on 3% help
o
love how onion boy just kinda copied rep?
around the holidays, weβre given a list of 3 holidays: thanksgiving, christmas, and new yearβs. you work 2/3 or all 3. you call out, youβre fired. everyone works christmas eve
