Depends on the meat

2019-10-31 10:08:15 UTC

yes

2019-10-31 10:08:22 UTC

Also we started eating more meat when we were capable of cooking it

2019-10-31 10:08:24 UTC

For good reason

2019-10-31 10:08:35 UTC

but the overall statistic is the more raw meat is the better nutrient density it has

2019-10-31 10:08:53 UTC

beef is a big one

2019-10-31 10:09:15 UTC

By the way, the most nutrient dense foods that exist are generally greens

2019-10-31 10:09:24 UTC

steak tartare is pretty banging not gunna lie

2019-10-31 10:09:25 UTC

Like spinach, mustard greens, etc etc

2019-10-31 10:09:27 UTC

>humans can't get said nutrients

2019-10-31 10:09:40 UTC

Okay says who?

2019-10-31 10:09:41 UTC

LOL

2019-10-31 10:09:45 UTC

like I said we lack the stomach to actually break them down correctly hence why people can't stay vegans

2019-10-31 10:09:54 UTC

Oh wait, are you going to link me another article to how cows digest grass?

2019-10-31 10:09:57 UTC

Seems relevant

2019-10-31 10:10:10 UTC

says Seabass. duh

2019-10-31 10:10:41 UTC

unfortunatly there isn't much on the digestion that humans have with said veges but there are studies on the anti nutrient and how they inhibit nutritient absorption.

2019-10-31 10:11:47 UTC

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-to-reduce-antinutrients#section1

here is a source I've used before basic anti nutrients

2019-10-31 10:12:28 UTC

"unfortunately I dont actually have any real sources to back up what I am saying I am just speaking out of my ass sprinkled with irrelevant selective facts I have taken from articles irrelevant to the topic at hand"

2019-10-31 10:12:38 UTC

eyyyyy it even links to said nutrient s tudies

2019-10-31 10:13:19 UTC

again reasons why people can't stay vegan and why animals can't be replaced

2019-10-31 10:13:38 UTC

Literally no where does that article say we should not consume vegetables or fruit

2019-10-31 10:13:52 UTC

In fact mostly it's talking about how beans need to be specially prepared to digest properly

2019-10-31 10:14:12 UTC

well yeah because you technically could and wouldn't die from it but you literally can't subsist off of just the veges and you don't really get much out of it LOL

2019-10-31 10:14:17 UTC

Hmmm

2019-10-31 10:14:22 UTC

So it talks about how to prepare food to eat it

2019-10-31 10:14:24 UTC

Wow

2019-10-31 10:14:24 UTC

thanks

2019-10-31 10:14:35 UTC

yeah even then it's said to not do much

2019-10-31 10:14:44 UTC

I literally never said to only subsist of of meats?

2019-10-31 10:14:46 UTC

er

2019-10-31 10:14:47 UTC

Veggies

2019-10-31 10:14:48 UTC

lol

2019-10-31 10:14:54 UTC

I said we eat too much meat

2019-10-31 10:14:55 UTC

That's it

2019-10-31 10:15:01 UTC

I never said don't eat it at all

2019-10-31 10:15:06 UTC

hold up. has anyone here besides Seabass actually mentioned veganism? I thought the argument was to eat LESS meat not stop altogether

2019-10-31 10:15:08 UTC

I'm sorry you can only see in black and white

2019-10-31 10:15:24 UTC

Yeah he's the only one repeatedly bringing it up

2019-10-31 10:15:30 UTC

I'm using this to circle back to the >can't replace meat
>can't replace animals
>vegans bad
