Okay did I say we should eat grass?
I dont remember saying we should
Grass isnt the same as a fruit or vegetable lol
careful now, you might get called a cunt for having a differing opinion :3
LOL
<:FeelsKek:379422423206068245> this is why you can't be a vegan bro
Oh look, it's my favorite!
*Links article that is ABSOLUTELY UNRELATED TO THE TOPIC*
kek
this goes hand and hand with other vegetables why do you think people have to "wash vegetables" over night or ferment them?
God dam. its been *Hours* and you are still "arguing" with people here Seabass? how are you still sane?
wait. nevermind don't answer that.
You know you generally have to cook meat to eat it, right?
It's 3am and i shouldnt be chortling like this
fuck
I SHOULD BE ASLEEP
not necessarily no
Elephant, like I said, imagine being this bent out of shape over what other people do
you can eat raw meat and it's even shown to have beneficial nutrients the more raw the meat is
yes
Also we started eating more meat when we were capable of cooking it
For good reason
but the overall statistic is the more raw meat is the better nutrient density it has
beef is a big one
By the way, the most nutrient dense foods that exist are generally greens
steak tartare is pretty banging not gunna lie
Like spinach, mustard greens, etc etc
>humans can't get said nutrients
Okay says who?
LOL
like I said we lack the stomach to actually break them down correctly hence why people can't stay vegans
Oh wait, are you going to link me another article to how cows digest grass?
Seems relevant
says Seabass. duh
unfortunatly there isn't much on the digestion that humans have with said veges but there are studies on the anti nutrient and how they inhibit nutritient absorption.
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-to-reduce-antinutrients#section1
here is a source I've used before basic anti nutrients
"unfortunately I dont actually have any real sources to back up what I am saying I am just speaking out of my ass sprinkled with irrelevant selective facts I have taken from articles irrelevant to the topic at hand"
eyyyyy it even links to said nutrient s tudies
