@KC1994 it's not comparable. Pain itself isn't really quantifiable, but the death by cooking in the car would take longer. The gas was also really awful. Either way, it's still murder.

@KC1994 Zyklon B gas is definitely torturous. Cyanide based gas has been shown to be one of worst ways to go. It was done that way in order to make it easier on the people carrying out the killing, not to reduce the suffering of the victims.

@KC1994 Pain is largely subjective as far as we can tell. That's why you rate your pain 1-10 in a hospital with pain complaints. The effect of treatment on pain is based on how your own assessment changes.

You can't compare Zyklon B gas to cooking alive in a car, because testing that would be unethical, and even if we did, we wouldn't get useful data.
