i thought of a really awesome backstory for snoke the idea is snoke is one of palpateen/sidiouses cloned bodies and after he changed into a new clone body the clone body regained its sence of self and able to heal after all the dark side force energy left its body allowing its body to heal which is why snoke looked so fucked up looking during the force awakens and a lot better during the last jedi

that makes the most sence for snokes backstory since the release of rise of skywalker
