Does one person (or even a small portion of society) being "resistant" to addiction eliminate the vast majority of others that aren't as resilient? To put it in terms easier to understand, if I can drive safely and without crashes at high speed both city and intercity and even shitty rural roads, does this mean we should allow everyone to drive on all the roads without speed limits? No ofc not. Society has to go by the speed of its slowest in every field. Most people can't drive even moderately fast without getting into dangerous situations, not even mentioning crashes. Most people also can't take drugs without having massively negative outcomes, yes even from weed, after all stoner stereotype exists for a reason.

you can twist and turn and screech about all the benefits of weed and even other drugs out there, but your personal history with substances does not equal the whole society

for example, Im not at all violent when I get drunk. I am in fact very friendly, very outgoing then, or so I'm told by those who went with me to parties. And when I was still drinking, I would only drink to the point of getting seriously drunk (to the point of having blanks in memory), but that would be at best 5 times a year if that. I wasn't addicted to the substance obviously, nor was I addicted to the indirect benefits of being drunk (its far easier to ask a chick out while drunk, and you CAN get hooked on sex). I never had issues with alchohol, never did any crazy shit other than dolphin diving over a wall.

Yet does this make alchohol not a cancerous substance that has been ruining lives, no, SOCIETIES, for hundreds of years? Just cause I drink rarely and don't have any issues only benefits when drunk, does it mean alchohol is okay in your eyes Mankn?
