So I'll give credit to PRL, watch;
- millions of dumb villagers/farmers that couldn't even read nor write sent their children to school
- the farmers finally got an Agricultural Reform and their wealth increased susbtantialy
- normal workplace conditions were introduced and a worker had right to a doctor, insurance and a set amount of holiday
- borders were finally fixed, Poland almost 100% ethnically homogenous. West is reclaimed, East is lost.
- finally proper access to the sea, with 600km of shoreline
- UPA and all sort of Ukie autism curb-stomped and annihilated
- Polish population actually on the rise, went from 28 million in 1945 to almost 40 million in 1989. Now it's on the downfall, as you expect.
- first and only time a Pole was actually part of a space program and went to space
- Polish Army was actually formidable and it was a genuine threat to NATO and USA
- Polish industry was created from scratch; we're talking car manufacturing, metallurgy, docks, chemistry, ironworks, you name it.
- completely modernized, new hospitals were being built
- railroad increased tenfold in quality and length.
- Warsaw rebuilt completely from the ruins to what it is today.
- naval schools, commercial sailing and river travel available to the common person.
- hundreds upon hundreds of coal mines, iron mines, copper mines and electrical installations launched
