canadians at large aren't sold on generic conservative issues that logically appeal to every region

2019-10-23 06:01:47 UTC

My country is fucked

2019-10-23 07:56:50 UTC

then let's unfuck it

2019-10-23 07:57:37 UTC

i will be contacting a PPC member to discuss a few things, maybe invite them to my teamspeak server to chat

2019-10-23 08:06:51 UTC

Man, There is a sea of blue between my orange province and the rest of our country.

2019-10-23 08:07:38 UTC

BC is weird.. at the provincial level we have NDP and BC Liberals (which are our conservative party...)

2019-10-23 08:08:00 UTC

i'm not surprised it's awash in orange at the federal level.

2019-10-23 08:08:30 UTC

The only thing that surprised me was the surge of Bloc seats... did not see that coming.

2019-10-23 08:09:06 UTC

CBC says the NDP has the balance of power.. but the numbers say the bloc do.

2019-10-23 12:22:44 UTC

CBC is probably correct, as nobody is going to work with the bloc. At least not openly.

2019-10-23 12:24:59 UTC

This means Canadians can expect lots of deficit social spending in the next budget. Also both the liberals and NDP appear to support letting cities ban handguns and other firearms.

2019-10-23 13:16:43 UTC

Add to that the fact that another recession is looming on the horizon...

2019-10-23 13:16:54 UTC

We're in for one hell of a party boys >_<

2019-10-23 17:02:38 UTC

I live in Nfld so we're used to that shit

2019-10-23 19:39:39 UTC

Did u have questions @AU518987077 founding PPC member here

2019-10-23 19:40:33 UTC

I do, as well as information depending on answers to these questions

2019-10-23 19:41:59 UTC

I just woke up and am doing my morning stuff and can talk in 20ish minutes if you have the time

2019-10-23 19:54:41 UTC

ohkay, i am awake and have food and drink to start my day

2019-10-23 19:58:37 UTC

Ahh yes I'm here, just got off of work.

2019-10-23 20:01:19 UTC

Does the PPC support any potential plans to build nuclear plants?

2019-10-23 20:01:50 UTC

no worries, would you like to take this to direct messages as i will be discussing things i have been holding in experimentation for the last decade

2019-10-23 20:02:58 UTC

There are no current plans for nuclear plants but we arent opposed to nuclear power. Right now oil & gas is our focus.

2019-10-23 20:03:16 UTC

DM would be fine

2019-10-23 21:52:11 UTC

2019-10-23 23:09:21 UTC

2019-10-23 23:12:02 UTC

oh yea he and singh are authoritarian crackpots

2019-10-24 00:55:09 UTC

@mrm does the PPC plan on makign thier own discord, or telegram?

2019-10-24 00:55:30 UTC

might be an idea worth looking into aswell

2019-10-24 00:56:07 UTC

The people that use Discord isn't their demographic.

2019-10-24 00:57:24 UTC

It would be unnecessary money spent on things that don't affect, or reach very many people. Much like most Liberal policies.

2019-10-24 00:58:00 UTC

There is one, idk who runs it.

2019-10-24 00:58:22 UTC

It became a journo trap

2019-10-24 00:58:37 UTC

<:feelsevilman:410639257707872256>

2019-10-24 01:03:32 UTC

It's not affiliated with the party

2019-10-24 01:17:33 UTC

And good thing, too. Anything like this where a party endorses a space for people to talk is journalist bait, which can be taken out of context to reflect poorly back onto the party.

2019-10-24 01:18:14 UTC

To have a place like that to exist you would need to have people paid to moderate, which is really dumb, and makes me wonder why they would do it in the first place.

2019-10-24 02:34:03 UTC

to be honest there needs to be a bigger focus on cultural shift

2019-10-24 02:34:53 UTC

the tea party helped lead to trumps election in the states we need something similar to march through the local provincial institutions

2019-10-24 16:37:58 UTC

I wonder how women in the cabinet feel about getting their spot based on a quota rather than their competence.
I mean I'm sure they're happy to take advantage of the circumstances, but I can't help but wonder.
