There's going to be a legal snafu over EULAs eventually if this shit keeps getting more and more ridiculous. They only even exist as-is because they're in a legal grey area, and nobody wants to deal with challenging a corporate legal team even if they'd be in the right to do so.
IIRC, one of my lawyer friends said that they're extremely untested in contract law, and there's a very good chance they'd be thrown out simply because of the degree to which nobody reads them.
then again, they mighty actualy put a decent writer onto it instead of a woke one because all their woke ones get high profile series by being identity group x or y
