Objectively, you cannot prove whether or not this is an act motivated by race.
Plenty of black women do this to black children, likewise for white women doing the same to their own children.
It sounds to me like there's a narrative here, just as there is among black collectivists who claim every act resulting in the death of their own at the hands of a criminal, civilian exercising self-defense, or a police officer, who happens to be white, is also motivated by race, when we all know it's bullshit.
