problem is-the dub is in Russian, I wouldn't recommend any other version.

I would say it's the only anime ever drawn for Russians and it fits 100% with the sulture and the mindset.

this is why it is BOTH anime and Russian. Very good job indeed, but it has no large following outside Russia as far as I'm aware.
