i'll up the volume in post, i'm literally recording on a headset so a sock is probably not gonna be a thing, i'll see if i can do some editing tricks
yeah i'm already using it, i'm just a completely useless idiot and i have no ear for this kind of stuff. getting the audio up isn't a problem i just thought it'd be loud enough
i'll make it louder next time
but thanks for the critic, i'll see what i can do to make the audio better. maybe i'll wrap some toilet paper around my headsets mic

exercise does crazy things to how you look.
do things that put less stress on your knees, try swimming, biking or kettelbells.
kettelbells in general are great for burning fat and increasing overall strength
it depends on your starting weight, the bigger you are the easier it is to lose.
