Everyone should be allowed to kill anyone for any reason, including self defense. Those who are left alive will be those who are rational and have what it takes to survive. Then we do mandatory conscription like Israel and create the greatest military in the world
Just assign some soldiers to the schools, kill the incels, femboys and kill the shooters, all problems solved
and they will never be able to give permission cause they are too busy pissing themselves
The ROTC at my high school Rifle team all said they'd run down to the room and grab arms to help if anything ever happened. The ROTC instructors never said they'd stop or help them cause you know rules and shit, but I bet most of those ROTC I knew would have. Most knew and learned how to shoot for rifle team.
